It’s designed to work in both new and existing buildings without the need for major retrofitting. Even in properties with poor mobile signal coverage, our low-power network ensures stable data transmission.

Each meter securely transmits usage data to a cloud dashboard hosted in Saudi Arabia, keeping everything compliant and local. Building managers can access full building-wide insights, while individual tenants can be granted personal usage portals to view their own real-time consumption. The system also integrates smoothly with existing building management platforms, billing software, or utility systems.
